Windows 10: Memory not being read correctly

I noticed my usually quick PC slowing down at times.
This PC says i have 8
CPU-Z says I have 14
I ran the W msched per the tutorial and it came back clean.

what's going on here? It's a PITA to move this PC and reseat the memory but I think I need to do that.
I have been running this config for years.

Win10 Regsvr32.exe memory cannot be read message

Hi,

I suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic tool and check if it helps.

Memory Diagnostic tool is used to detect the possible memory problems.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Memory Diagnostic in the search area in the task bar and select
  Windows Memory Diagnostic.
  
• 
  Select Restart now and check for problem.
  

The error message that you received indicates there may be some memory issues with the system (mapping the memory).

Meanwhile, I suggest you to run System Maintenance troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue ( slow internet etc.).

  Press Windows key + W.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select System and Security.
  
• 
  Select System Maintenance under System options.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

N73 doesn't read memory card

I have N73 Music Edition. It doesn't read memory card of 2 GB (Mini SD). When I format memory card with N80 and it is formatted correctly. After formatting memory card was detected by N73 correctly.

Now when I remove card from N73 by switching off phone and re insert the card. It was again not detected by N73 after switching on phone.

I have following version of software installed on N73:

V 4.0812.4.2.1

21.03.2008

RM-133

Nokia N73(01)

Please suggest some solution.
