Windows 10: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT

Hi everyone, I have issues with a PC who gives me BSOD once every three to four months. I ran a minidump file and it gives me MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT, so I done some RAM tests with MemTest64 for like hours without having errors reported. I tired also to use Memtest86 with a bootable USB but, when the PC booted it remains stuck on the screen who checks the presence of the keyboard etc.This is the report of the file dump generated after the BSOD, can someone please give me some other avdice or help?Thanks a lot,Leonardo***************************************************************************

"MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT" and "CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION" BSOD

Hey all. I'll get to the point here. I've been having these bluescreens completely randomly since I built my pc (3 years ago about)... I cannot figure out a process, or how to recreate them. I average 2-3 a day, and it's always the same of two errors.

"MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT"

or

"CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION"

SPECS:

• Ryzen 5 3600
  
• EVGA 3060 TI FTW3
  
• 8gb G.SKILL Ripjaws
  
• Asrock b450m/ac
  

Plus a Samsung m.2, and another Samsung SSD.

Things I've tried:

• Memtestx86 (8 passes on individual sticks)
  
• Updated every single driver
  
• Made sure windows was up to date
  
• Memory diagnostic test
  
• System file checker scan
  
• Reinstalling windows
  

At this point I'm honestly running out of ideas... please let me know if there's anything I've missed, or anything else to try.
