Windows 10: Mercer CA14D01 -LTE Laptop switching off

Hi,I use a Mecer CA14D01-LTE Laptop,it switches off without notice battery 93%,I try to switch it back on it stays off until I plug it into the charger, only then does it switch on but now the battery is charging at 1% .What should I do ??

My Mercer Guru LTE seems to be stuck in recovery mode. The screen flashes the Mercer Logo and says it needs to go into recover mode. But it never does and the screen flashes the whole time.

Hi Dave

If I turn on the Mercer, it Automatically starts flashing the Mercer logo. I have tried pressing the start button to force a **** down but it doesn't. It does not matter what I press as it looks like it's switching on and off the whole time. I do not even get to the screen with the spinning dots.
