Windows 10: Message from Windows Defender

I received an email today saying it was from Microsoft Accounts regarding a Windows Defender order and invoicing me for $385.99. It says they are charging my credit card for this amount for a 1 year subscription. I have no knowledge of purchasing this product. Of course, it gives a phone number to call to cancel. Sounds like a phishing email to me. Anyone else receiving these?

Windows Defender problem

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
