Windows 10: Message received upon restart of computer - please help

I get this message upon restart of computer:


Run DLL

There was a problem starting

C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll

The specified file cannot be found


How do I resolve this issue?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

When I power on computer, I am receiving message starting Watchdog Initilaztion

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:
