meu notebook hp pavilion dv6-3021 tem duas gráficas intel hd graphics e Amd mobility Radeon hd 5000 series ....o meu problema é que minha gráfica da amd não instala os drivers, e se por alguma razão a drive tiver sido instalado, no momento em que o monitor piscar, o meu sistema Windows10 para de funcionarEu uso o Windows 10 64bitsProcessador Intel Core i3 Duas placas gráficas Intel e AMDMe ajudem please!!

Hp dv6-6156sl, windows 10 and the amd graphics card

Hello!

I have same family laptop - HP Pavilion dv6-6193ca with switchable graphics

Radeon HD 6490M + Intel HD.

Recently have made clean install WIN10 on my machine, which passed smoothly and fine.

But after that noticed problem with HD 6490M - the card recognized by Windows system as

HD 7400M Series and at start up each time black screen continues for about 1.5 minute or so,

thereafter system starts on Intel HD. Below is screenshot of device manager.

Have tried to find proper driver at AMD and HP - no results. So what to do?

I'm wondering, if the problem with driver for HD 6490M was resolved by MS support team or someone?

 

After the upgrade to Windows 10 I can't get the update for AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series

I've got a notebook Pavilion DV6-3152SL with hardware AMD Phenom(tm) II N620 Dual-Core 64 bit, bios F29.

After upgrading from Windows 7 HP to Windows 10, I've got a big problem with the AMD graphic drivers, which are both now version 15.200.1062.1004. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series seems to work fine, while AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series stopped working
of an error code 43 and I'm unable to fix it. I've already tried these chances, but no one of them has succeded to solve the problem of my AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series:

- Updating the driver from the AMD website both installing it manually and utilizing AMD Catalyst Istall Manager;

- Withdrawing the HD 5000 to let Windows Update installing a new one;

- Updating through the software HP Support Assistant.

... But I can't fix it: driver update for AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series is impossible. And, in any case the configuration goes lost at reboot and my notebook goes on saying "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly.
Please install the AMD driver appropriate".

How can I fix this? Please, I need your help also because this problem hardly overheats my notebook.

Sul mio notebook Pavilion DV6-3152SL, bios F29, microprocessore AMD Phenom(tm) II N620 Dual-Core ho effettuato l'upgrade da Windows 7 HP a Windows 10 e mi serve cortesemente aiuto per il video, che ad ogni accensione mi segnala "Non è installato alcun driver
grafico AMD oppure il driver AMD non funziona correttamente. Installare il driver AMD adeguato all'hardware AMD in uso" e provoca immediato surriscaldamento del notebook.

Due le schede video presenti, entrambe versione 15.200.1062.1004: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series e AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series.

Quest'ultima non funziona. Ho provato più volte ad aggiornarla ed anche a disinstallarla e quindi scaricarla in versione aggiornata sia tramite Windows Update, sia mediante HP Support Assistant così come provando ad installare direttamente amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit.exe
con anche l'aiuto di AMD Catalyst Install Manager, ma il problema persiste e al riavvio del notebook AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series ripresenta il triangolo giallo e indica "Il dispositivo ha riportato un problema ed è stato interrotto (codice 43)". Per
favore, aiutatemi!!

HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook Windows 10 Graphic driver

When I upgraded a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC (4 years old-originally Windows7) to Windows 10, I got a message.



Not sure what to do I left it, thinking one day Windows update might sort it.

Today I checked on Microsoft Update and there was an update for an AMD graphics. I thought brill and updated it.

After restart the message was still there, I have restarted it a couple of times, each time the message appears.

I have checked in Device Manager and the AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series has a conflict. I click on update software, and it scans, then says the driver software for your device is up to date.

Also it has ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series with no conflicts.

I have run the AMD auto detect and it states we are unable to find a driver for your system ( Graphics hardware ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series) also in Device Manager it states driver is up to date.

Is this message true, if not how can I stop it.

I have read some topics about similar problems on here, they talk about the fan being fast, my fan seems fast, yet the left side of the laptop seems to be rather warm/hot (feeling the keypad and below-also the bottom of the laptop is hot) the laptop is idel
yet at times the fan speeds up drastically,

could this be the due to the driver problem.
