Windows 10: Mic is not working after using oculus quest 2

i took a pic of what's happening, the headset mic is stuck with those bars and the microphone array won't react to my voice I have uninstalled the driver, reinstalled, re-downloaded the oculus app i can hear audio perfectly, its just the mic does not workit was fine yesterday , i do hope i can resolve this before the 4th

Mic won't work after connecting Oculus Quest 2

Hello! Today, I tried connecting my new Oculus Quest 2 to my PC using a USB C cable and played for a few hours before finally taking a break. However, it seems that my normal PC microphone has suddenly stopped working once I connected the Oculus. The Oculus is disconnected now and I cannot find any indication it ever even connected to my PC mic itself. Suddenly, just my mic has completely stopped picking up sound. I speak loudly and clearly like I always do, and any indication of something being picked up is just not there. The mic has been working perfectly fine in the past months that I have it.

The PC mic is a Yeti Stereo and I've tried things like restarting the computer, making the mic the default one for Windows, checking multiple times that it's the one set for the input device and even switching it around a few times and making sure it's connected to the device, I've tried updating the whole computer and all drivers, I've tried basically everything my friend and I can think of. I can tell the microphone is on because the light that shows it's not muted is on and I've tried switching it to muted and not muted a few times but it just hasn't made a difference.

I'm on a Windows 10 and I've tried opening Windows Speech Recognition only to get more dead ends and errors like "The Wizard could not start". Ect. I really just cannot figure out what could have broken it. This mic is only a few months old and it certainly shouldn't be ruined so suddenly like that since I think I've taken pretty good care of it.

Is there someone who knows what kind of issue this could be and how to fix it?

 

Mixed Reality Portal not working - Oculus Quest 2

I am using a Quest 2 headset, with this software, and the Mixed Reality Portal app doesn't recognize when the headset is plugged in.

It works with Steam VR and the Oculus software just fine - it's definitely an issue with the Mixed Reality Portal app or Windows. This solution doesn't work.
