Discus and support Mic Monitoring Xbox Game Bar in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I just switched from gaming on my Xbox to gaming on my PC.     I just switched from gaming on my Xbox to gaming on my PC. I use the Xbox Game Bar to Chat with my friends while playing cross platform games. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be a mic monitoring feature with the Game Bar app. My friends can hear my game audio coming through my mic and my voice echos in their headsets. The only solution is to turn down the volume of both the game and party chat to the point where they are both not loud enough. When I played on Xbox, I have a mic monitoring option so this was not issue. Is there another setting or a different solution for Xbox Game bar th

    I understand that you are facing issues while recording microphone audio using game bar while playing games.



    I would suggest you to try troubleshooting Game Bar and see if that helps. Refer the article

    In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.



    1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
      I key together) > Privacy.
    2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
      Microphone
      .
    3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
      to ON.
    4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
      ON.
    5. Restart the game bar.

    I cant unmute my mic on the xbox game bar on windows 10. When I try it say "your privacy settings are blocking your mic" And i click show me how I can fix this and i go to my mic settings and the xbox game bar does not show up
