    Mic No Longer Working After Restarting PC


    Basically I had BM800 and it nolonger works on one of computers after I restarted this morning. I hooked it up to my phone through some cables and that works but it doesnt work on my PC.. and when it does. I have to be screaming into it.

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

    Mic no longer working after Windows 10 update

    Since I upgraded to Windows 10, my mic on my computer no longer works, and the mic for my headset doesn't work either. My devices are up to date, and my mic doesn't show up in my devices. Any suggestions? I am on a Toshiba Satellite C75D-A7226

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
