    Micromax MMX377G Dongle Showing No Service in my Windows 10 Desktop


    Dear Sir/Ma'am,


    I am using Micromax MMX377G 3G USB Dongle in my desktop, recently I upgraded my system to Windows 10, and my dongle is getting detected but showing " No Service " "No Signal"

    I updated my Universal Bus Drivers from Device Manager, change compatibility to win 7 then later win 8, also run sfc/scannow in command Prompt as Admin, but it's of no use.


    Please provide solution.

    Mmx353g Dongle not working in Windows 10

    OK, here is another suggestion, which reportedly does work on Windows 10, make sure you follow each instruction exactly:

    • If Micromax is installed on your System, Uninstall Micromax from your computer completely and reboot
    • Insert the dongle - right click on the modem - Open - right click on modem installation - properties - compatibility - run this program in compatibility mode for windows 7 - apply - ok
    • Right click on Show Modem - properties - compatibility - run this program in compatibility mode for windows 7 - apply - ok
    • Install the "Modem Installation" file
    • Right click on this file and install it: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MMX353G 3G USB Manager\Driver\Win7_64\cmnsmdm.inf"
    • Right click on this file and install it: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MMX353G 3G USB Manager\Driver\Win7_64\cmnsser.inf"
    • Unplug the Dongle, then restart your PC and reconnect your device.

    It should now show no device for a half a minute, then it should log into the network

    Just to clarify, are you using a WiFi dongle to connect to the internet instead of the built in WiFi adapter of your device? Or are you using a desktop PC and is the WiFi dongle to connect to the internet? For now, what we can suggest is to follow all of
