Windows 10: Microphone array intern

Hello i want to know if you can help i just buy a new computer two days ago lenovoC340 14 api i have problem with the microphone array intern he is not working nobodys can hear me even in skype or cortana .... i tried to fixed in puted all the app in on and the private security also but its same issue ..

how you can help me to resolv it ???
how i can know if the problem its from the hardware or the windows 10 ?

• What is the model and model of your computer?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?

Internal microphone array disappeared after Win10 upgrade (not just 'disabled' or 'unplugged').

Thanks, but if you refer back to my original query this relates specifically to the internal microphone array.

I have no problems playing sounds and my audio output is working perfectly, so these solutions are not applicable.

The audio troubleshooter dealing with sound recording only tests the devices which I can see, i.e. the external left and right microphone jacks, and these are working. It does not give an option for testing the internal microphone, presumably since this
is no longer visible in Device Manager.

This appears to be a device issue rather than an audio issue. I would have expected 'rescan hardware' in Device Manager to have relocated the internal microphone so that I could reinstall drivers, but it doesn't.

1. The computer is a H-P IQ 524 Touchsmart All-In-One 22inch display

2. All updates installed.

3. Went to the above suggested web page. Have been there.

4. Any suggestion as to enabling the microphone array; Speaker Icon > (Right Click) > Select (Recording Device) >opens window titled “Sound” > Select (Recording). Microphone Array not showing.
