Windows 10: Microsoft 10 isn't answering

hello.

I have serious problem. One month ago, I installed AutoCad 2018 application on my laptop ASUS model: D540N which runs with Microsoft 10 . but the app came with Autodesk Deskop App and Autodesk ReCap app. i don't make a use from the two apps, i only use autocad. till last two days my laptop is stopping to work. it is no responding at all. i found only one solution for that i keept pressing power off and it turned off then i turned on it again after several mins. when it was on, on the screen, there was " there is a problem in Autodesk Deskop App autodesk unity will find the solution, write a report what was u doing before the problem occurs it may help unity" i wrote the report but after about half hour the problem occured again. My pc stopped i could press no order, this time i waited 20mins and it restared automatically and showed the screen again. I had istalled McAfeee Internet Security, but i sow it not protecting my laptop, I'm scanning for viruses and it says we found no virus you are protected by us. Although, it is original antivirus i have a one-year licience, it is not helping me, in my opinion. in the last two days my laptop stopped responding more than 7 times. i have no idea. especially, the problem is occurring when i leave it for a while or put it in sleeping mode. in sleeeping mode , i press enter and the screen turns on buuut then it doesn't answer. in short it can't work after i stop working on it, even for 5mins. because of the problem my laptop is working badly day by day. Actually, I have bought it in november. Therefore, I'm so scarred. Please, help me to find a solution. Should i uninstall the application? But i need it almost every day.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Managed to solve it... here´s how I did it just in case anyone else has the same problem...

->Settings

->Printers & scanners

->Add a printer or scanner

->The printer that I want isn´t listed

->Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings

->Use an existing port: USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB)

->Choose printer

->Use the driver that is currently installed

->Type printer name

And done... =P

 

Microsoft Selects Dolby Audio for Windows 10

it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.
