    Hello,


    I want to install Minecraft for Windows 10, so I downloaded the provided link of Windows to download it. I downloaded both the 64 and the 32 cause I thought the first one wasn't compatible with my computer. Once downloaded, I try to to click it to finish installing it but it just opens finder with a bunch of folders. I assumed this would be enough since nothing else happens, so I tried downloading Minecraft again and it is still unable to install due to my device not being compatible. How do I get this resolved? If I cant, will I be able to get. a refund for Minecraft? I purchased it today.

    Hi Vijay,

    thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

    The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

    I'll be glad for another solutions.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
