Windows 10: Microsoft 365 account and Windows 10 login account conflict.

My client having a company having a website say for www.yy.com bought a Windows 10 a few months back and the set up the Windows 10 login with an email say for *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Now few months later they bought Micrososft 365 mail services for similar email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from a different hosting provider.
The Problem is whenever they are logging to the Windows 10 with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** then this login is preventing them from accessing their Micorsoft 365 email services like outlook, one drive and other services and they are not able to log in or see their mails received at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Now the question is how to change the Windows Login email so that they can access their *** Email address is removed for privacy *** mail account associated to Micorsoft 365.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.

Here switch between local and microsoft account.

 

Help Removing Microsoft Account login

I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.
