Windows 10: Microsoft Acccess 2007 Welcome Screen?

For me this is a welcome screen of MS Access 2007 is there any option in Tools> Option > Settings to skip it?

Personnaly, I use Open Office 3. But alot of folks use M$ Office 2007.
