    Fluent Design not visible in some apps after Windows 10 Fall Creators Update

    Hello Lemuel,

    Creating a new user account fixed the fluent design on microsoft edge. And about fluent design not showing up on Windows settings app, that I mistakenly compared it with some screenshots from upcoming Windows 10 Redstone 4 update which is believed to bring
    the fluent design in setting app. My bad

    I have no transparency in my start menu and window frames but my taskbar does.

    Also, I just installed fall creators update on my Microsoft Surface Book and it too lost the Start Menu transparency. Is this part of the new Fluent UI design?

    The new design is awful imo. Before I could see all my devices nicely summarised on one screen. Now I can only see a few, and have to go to the full devices screen which means a lot of scrolling.

    I just opened Accounts from inside Settings, clicked on Manage MS Account and it loaded my browser to my MS Account. It looked like that.

    Must be some kind of roll out plan that gets done over time then. *Rolleyes

    EDIT: Just did that on my 2nd PC and I got the old one for that account.

    Totally agree. The BBC is the world's worst at redesigning its web site. Every time it is worse than before. Web designers try to make it super cool for juves but forget most of us just want a functional and easy to use site.

    What a waste of resources!
