Windows 10: Microsoft account hacked and i now cant use my pc

Someone hacked my Microsoft account and changed the email. When i try to log in i use my own email but i forgot my password. When i try to reset my password it syas that it sent an email to an unknown email address. I tried to gain access back by providing my information and answer questions like: who did i sent emails to? and whats your skype name? And what did you purchase from the Microsoft store? But i never used any of these services so now there's no way i can gain access to my account and even my computer. Someone please help!

How cans someone hack into my Microsoft account when I have the two step verification .. that can only be approved from my cell phone?

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
