Windows 10: Microsoft account is already here error message 2022

Hi,I have the exact same problem as a previous support question, but the solution didn't work.I created a clean user account which I want to link to my microsoft account.The old account has been deleted.I logged on to a web browser - my device does not appear.Tried the instructions using secpol.mscrestarted.Still doesn't work.Please help.

Do you get any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message?

Are you trying to convert the local account to Microsoft Account?



I would suggest you to test the issue by creating a new Microsoft Account and check if it works. To create a new user account, refer to these steps:

• In start menu search type “user” without quotes.
• Click on Add, edit, or remove other users from the list of results.
• Under Other users, click on Add someone else to this PC.
• Follow on screen instructions.

Let us know the results.

 

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.

 

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
