Windows 10: Microsoft Account not showing my devices, but Store does have a reference to the device

Discus and support Microsoft Account not showing my devices, but Store does have a reference to the device in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; I have a Dell XPS 13 running windows 10 actually my wife...Yesterday after a windows update it asked at reboot for a bitlocker key... stuck since...     I have a Dell XPS 13 running windows 10 actually my wife...Yesterday after a windows update it asked at reboot for a bitlocker key... stuck since then.Dell states they do not enable this, MS also something like this, so Santa Clause came in to enable this.Anyway, I try to see in mij ms account if the key is there to restore my data.What is the upside to start encrypting every thing if so many people have this issue?Back on topic: in my ms account, it's NOT listed under devices.But... in store managed devices it is : DESKTOP-I991QEJSo it exists, and somehow is coupled to my account, how can

    Thanks but that's not what I am referring to. I am talking about the Microsoft online account where there is a list of devices associated with my account.

    Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

    I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.
