    microsoft account password

    I tried changing the Microsoft account password on the web. When I get back to my Lumia 920 for changing the password it gives an error message that "Your password is expired". I disabled two point verification as advised. Nothing seems to be working.
    Can you help me on this. We can have a chat to understand the problem better.

    No I don't know the password and have tried to reset it numerous times and keep getting a message there is problem with this service please try again later

    Need more info on Network, number of users, are you the Network Admin, are users on Microsoft accounts currently or you gonna do dummy user with password change on first login?

    What I'm trying to do is setup and repair some computers for friends and family. One of the first things I do is reset the password to something I can remember while I'm working on the device. However I would like the person to reset the password when I give the device back to them.
