Windows 10: Microsoft Active Directory password storage

Hello, I have a requirement that needs to be met. The requirement is whether Microsoft Active Directory can store passwords as salted hashes using PKBDF2 hashing with cost factor of at least 10,000 iterations. Can this be done?

ACTIVE DIRECTORY, suggestion

Hello, I would say about Active directory. To make work easier for System Administrator I want to suggest that new person when get job, the HR from his computer and in HR application about this person data. And will work synchronized with Active Directory,
automatic added on Active directory this person, with its department place, with intranet or local networks folders, and initial login and password, AND TIME how much the person or employee must work it will be connected with time release password.

IT is very urgent!!!

Does anyone know of a good "crash course" for learning the basics for Windows and server active directory?

I haven't done a whole lot of research on this yet however I figured I would ask the community first...............*Laugh :laugh: Yea I know, I am being lazy.

Please try the troubleshooting provided below to further narrow down the root cause of the issue.

Method 1: Reset Windows 10 password.

2. If you are logged in using local account, you can check the article

Note: The Windows Recovery article has the steps for resetting settings the PC, I suggest you not to perform the reset yet, as there is a change of data
and application lost, if you are okay with reinstalling application and have backed up your data, you can perform the steps.
