Windows 10: Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Non Bluetooth USB not showing in Windows 10 32 Bit Laptop

My Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse is working as brand new, and perfectly fine, but when i plug in the usb reciever, nothing happens or show up in my laptop.
I wonder why, is it because the Arc Touch Mouse is not compatiable with the Windows 10 32 Bit Version.
