Windows 10: Microsoft Assure Paid Plan Plan

On August 7, I called for my regular paid tuneup. I don't know what he did but the computer was even slower. I called again on August 8, the issue became worse the individual was unsure of what he was doing. I called again twice after with the long hold. Then finally called again 8/31 because my email from outlook having problems down load.


The individual I spoke with work with me over the phone for over an hour because I had to do everything on my side. He determined my computer is corrupted and we have to download Windows 10.


I did all the work instead of him taking over my computer, he could not do it because he is having a problem with his access. While we were on the second hour of downloading the phone was disconnected and he never came back. .


The service I paid for is always a problem to access.

MICROSOFT ASSURE PLAN - a SCAM???

Microsoft Assure is a scam.

I have spent the past four hours trying to get assistance from Microsoft under the Assure Plan (for which I have paid using my Microsoft account, just six weeks ago) but have had no success.

Avoid this scam. They are keen to take your money, but don't like providing the support that you have paid for.

Now hangs up on you, suggesting you pay for answers for your support.

The 'support' they are recommending is MICROSOFT ASSURE PLAN?

So why is this not an OPTION, customers could verbally prompt request "help with Microsoft Assure Plan" in order to reach a technical support technician?

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS IS THE REAL TELEPHONE NUMBER TO MICROSOFT (U.S)??

*I have Windows 7 computer, upgraded online per assistant with 'Microsoft Assure Plan', upgraded to Windows 10. I am trying to run scans online.

PLEASE, WHICH VERSION DO I HAVE?? MY COMPUTER IS USING WINDOWS 10, BUT IS STILL FOR THE MOST PART WINDOWS 7 VERSION. I NEED TO CHOOSE CORRECT VERSION TO SCAN MY COMPUTER FOR VIRUS AND MALWARE UPDATES AND SCANS.

 

Microsoft Assure Plan Support

What has happened to Microsoft support for their ASSURE PLAN? I have made three attempts to contact a Chat person only to get responses asking me questions with no box for my response. I thought the Assure Plan was 24/7. Apparently no one works on Sunday
who knows there is a problem with getting a response.

I used to be able to talk to a person on the phone but now they don't work weekends. I am extremely frustrated with their lack of support (that I paid for).

If this keeps up I am going to switch to Google.
