Windows 10: Microsoft Authenticator

I have MS Authenticator installed on a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I also have it installed on my Pixel 4 XL.


I setup my MS account on the iPhone last Saturday. I tested it numerous times using private browser sessions and then installed other accounts in the authenticator.


I also setup authenticator to backup to my MS account.


This morning I noticed that Authenticator on the iPhone had a message about setting up backup and that the MS account was no longer listed. I checked the pixel and it the MS account was still there.


I re-added the MS account.


Has anyone seen where the account just disappeared from the MS Authenticator on the iPhone? I know I did not manually delete it.


Also, any issue setting up a second app such as Lastpass Authenticator?
