  2. Update Payment Method to Replace an Expired Credit Card

    Hi RendyHimawan,

Balances can be transferred to a new payment method can be taken care of on the
Microsoft Commerce website. After signing in to your account,

1.Sign in to the Microsoft account website.

2.Under payment options, click the payment method you want to modify and ensure it is correctly set.

3.Under subscriptions, click manage, and then click change payment option for the service you want to migrate.

4.Click the payment option you want to transfer to within the list of the active payment options, and then click Next

5.Click Add new payment option and then click Next. This will redirect to payment option page.

6.On the Confirm transfer page, confirm the balances and services you want to transfer, and then click Confirm transfer.

7.You will receive a message that says your balance and services have been transferred to the new payment method.

These steps should describe the process accurately, but you can look up the most up to date information on the commerce site under
Help > Managing your Account >
    Using a Different Payment Method
    .

If you experience any issues on the commerce site, feel free to begin a live chat with the Windows Phone support team for further assistance.

    Regards,

  3. To REMOVE a payment method or switch between payment methods

To add a payment method or switch between payment methods By default, apps are added to your phone bill when mobile payments are offered. To pay with a credit card instead:

    • On the phone or on windowsphone.com, tap
Add or switch payment methods on the purchase confirmation screen.
    • Add a new payment method or change the payment method.
Like always, things are made difficult for the end user

HOW TO REMOVE A PAYMENT METHOD ?

I have removed my visa card, but now have my mobile operator listed as a payment method, how to REMOVE this ?
