Windows 10: Microsoft Bingo No Collections since completing Mexico

I am on my second pass Microsoft Bingo has not given any Collections since completing Mexico. Other players are experiencing the same thing, what can Microsoft suggest to fix this. It has been over 2 months since the site worked.

Germany Gollection in Microsoft Bingo

Hi, sorry I wasn't more specific, I was referring to the collection in Microsoft Bingo.

You play in France, USA, Mexico, Brazil , Germany etc. When you bingo, you receive pieces of luggage to open. Occasionally in the luggage you open there is a collection piece for the country your playing in. Once you have all 10 pieces of the
collection for a country, you get extra tickets. I’ve finished the collection for France, the USA, & Mexico, but for some reason the collection pieces in Germany aren’t coming up. I gave up on Germany since posting ? and moved on to Brazil, but it costs more
tickets to play in Brazil than in Germany so I wanted to finish it as well. As you go further into the game each new country cost more tickets to play.

Microsoft Bingo

Hi I am playing Microsoft Bingo and have completed the Italy bingo card for 155 keys and when the challenge is met I am only receiving 55 keys, this happened a few days ago and I thought okay maybe I didn't complete it but it did it again today I went
to collect my reward for the box and it only gave me 55 keys instead of 155 anyone else having this issue? Help please

 

Issue with connecting Microsoft Bingo

Played all of Microsoft Collection including Bingo Yesterday. Played the solitaire collection this am but Bingo connection not working. Is this game no longer part of the games available to Microsoft collection of games I have Through Xbox?
