Windows 10: Microsoft Bingo suddenly "not available" in my account

I tried to open Microsoft Bingo one day ago. I open the game every day. Yesterday instead of opening I received this message: Microsoft Bingo is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001


I went to the site: https://microsoftcasualgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and entered the error code. It said there is no such code. I tried to fill out a request for help form but I was made to put in a lot of details, they all were indicated as Required, and one was to list what version of the game it is. But I can't open the game to find out. I tried looking in the WIndows store at the game info and couldn't find the version I have.


Now I can't submit a request for help and come here to see if anyone can help me. Thank you.

Microsoft Bingo

Problem/issue was with Microsoft Bingo , only. I tried Windows 10 Troubleshooting and no change. I uninstalled and re-installed Microsoft Bingo and no change. There were no changes made to my system prior to issue. I checked Network connections and even
visited XBox and placed message for help suggestion. Several days I could not open Bingo game and suddenly it opened without rhyme or reason.

Thank you Greg for the info, however I am a computer "dummy" and have looked everywhere and found settings in several places but I can't find Microsoft Bingo or advanced settings. I found where you can uninstall but Microsoft Bingo was not listed??
Can you guide me through the steps? Been playing the game for weeks so it's got to be installed somewhere?? Any other suggestions or am I a hopeless case

If I may pop in, although I am not the person you replied to, playing Microsoft Bingo recently, this does not solve the Rewards not being given at the end. The Rewards window comes up, but it is blank (it worked for a short time after installing the game).

- Followed Steps

- Uninstalled and Reinstalled game

- Tested in Windows 8.1 (Dual Boot system) and it occurs there too

- Internet connection works otherwise (obviously, Bingo also explicitly allowed in Firewall)
