  2. Forced to use Zune

Most of this won't bring any satisfaction, but I'll try to address what I can. Some of the information that I'm sharing here can be found either on Microsoft's blogs or in the initial Windows Phone 7 announcement from February 2010.

Custom ring tones are in the forthcoming fall update.

ActiveSync/Windows Mobile Device Center wasn't built into windows, it had to be installed separately.

The USB Mass Storage mode that was on some Windows Mobile devices wasn't an implementation that came from Microsoft. The base Windows Mobile image didn't have support for it. But some OEMs would add that as a customization. For the initial release of Windows
Phone 7 Microsoft restricted the degrees of customization that an OEM could perform because the variance in devices caused what was perceived to be problems for both developers and end users. (the same could be said for some user customization and registry
tweaking). For developers customization some times translated into needing to test something and many different devices and embracing the possibility of it breaking when a new device or customization was released. For end users it translated into an inconsistent
user experience from one device to another. Some customization impacted device stability and the usual case was that some one would first identify Microsoft as being at fault before identifying the customization as a factor.

    iPhone alike Nokia

Discussing things like this (or anything else for that matter) on a user-to-user forum is not going to bring it to the attention of Nokia's developers. It is going to bring it to the attention of other users.
