Windows 10: Microsoft can't install applications

Whenever I try to install any application on the Microsoft store when I put my mouse cursor over the install button it turns into a red cross and won't let me click. This happens with every app. I tried installing Minecraft witch I own and it won't let me and it also won't let me install netflix. Plz help me find a solution to this

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Type “Programs and Features” in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if Microsoft Office application is listed in the list of installed applications.
• If it is listed, then navigate to This PC>Local disc (C>Windows.old.
• Check if the Office application is present there.
• If still not found, then suggest you to install the application using the installation media.

"Application Install install package failure!" while installing 13.9

Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and MSI 6970 Lightning.

I was upgrading from 13.4 after I did a clean uninstall with AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

Doesn't say what installation failed in the install log. Everything in the log says Success but at the very bottom it says "Application Install: install package failure!" but doesn't say what failed to install.

I only install video drivers and no CCC.

The only thing I noticed is AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed in my programs list.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
