  1. Microsoft Casual Games.

Hi, I have purchased the premium edition so I don't get the awful ads that keep popping up and by the way the only thing they achieve is I definitely won't purchase whatever it is they are trying to sell me HAHA but they keep popping up which has infuriated me and many others by the looks of it. I have tried everything that it has told me to do on 2 separate occasions and it still hasn't worked. I keep getting offered to buy it again which I'm not going to do obviously, that said I may have bought it twice by mistake. As everyone will know it is impossible to get hold of anyone from Microsoft and the system just take you through a massive loop of insignificant rubbish that you don't want to know about until you get that angry with you just walk away, which I guess that's what they want in the end, your money with no's shameful really that your company has gotten so big it does not care anymore. Anyway, have you got a solution to my problem and can you look into whether I have been charged twice? I look forward with anticipation your response.

    Regards M J Payne.
