Windows 10: Microsoft destroyed my PC and then blocked me from chat support

My computer tried to install the 21H1 update a few months back and it failed. I couldn't tell you why, because there was no error report, just a message saying "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes"Over time, my computer has become less and less stable and after trying everything I can find on the internet something I often do, since MS support never really helps, I reluctantly messaged Microsoft.Support was fine, they walked me through steps I'd already taken, as usual, and nothing worked... as usual. Color management error. "The storage control blocks were destroy"

In "Color Management" I am unable to use a new ICC profile to my printer. I celebrated my printed and the new ICC profile shows up in the list "All available Profiles". When I attempt to assign it to the printer, I get the error, "The storage control blocks
were destroy".

Anyone have suggestions?
