Windows 10: microsoft\Edge\84.0.522.52\msedge.dll Error status 0xc0000020

I opened Autocad while running microsoft edge but he appeared the blue screen and then made restart of windows then this error 0xc0000020 appeared to me when i opened microsoft edge and Autocad and some other programs and i have tried Enter Key:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth but it doesn't change anything I also updated windows please help me . thanks

When you are receiving error code 0xc0000020 with the message "C:\Users\twall\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\18.025.0204.0009\FileSyncClient.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error"
on your Windows 10 computer, it is possible that there are corrupted system files.
