Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 SDK license

Hello,

I understand that Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 SP2 has been made free. Is there a particular license on the use of the Expression Encoder SDK? I am interested in incorporating the SDK into a project in order to capture a screen recording by utilizing
the ScreenCaptureJob class.

Has the library been replaced with with a different SDK that can accomplish the same task?

Microsoft Encoder 4 Screen Capture does not open (load onto desktop)

Encoder series,are different than Windows Media Encoder 9 series...The 9 series lets you capture audio/video & can capture/convert both..Also,with most on-line audio/video one can save file as in upper task bar..Either way,Encoder 9 series has been retired
in Microsoft downloads,but its add-ons are still available,as is its security updates thru windows update..To install the encoder,use youre web search engine,or use:
