  1. Microsoft Family Features Ask for permission error

Hello, I just downloaded firefox and I can't open it. Microsoft Family Features says I need to ask an adult if I can use it. I used to part of a Microsoft family. But I removed myself because there was no need to be in one anymore. When I click ask by email this happens: Something went wrong, We’re working on it – try again in a little bit. Is there any way to remove this? Thanks, Alex.

    :)

  2. Microsoft family features are asking permission to use Google Chrome

    Hi Joshua,

To assist you better, kindly provide us more details by answering the following questions:

    • Are you logged in as the administrator of the computer?
    • Is it happening on all the websites that you're trying to access using Google Chrome
    • Have you tried using different browsers? If yes, are you getting the same issue?
If you are using a child account, then probably the reason why you are having issues browsing the internet is that the parent account has set up restrictions on the websites that you can only visit. Regardless of the browser that you use every time you visit
a website which is/are restricted, you will be required to ask permission from the parent. Only the parent account can remove the Family safety.

I get the message: "ask for permission" from Microsoft Family Features.

    Hi,

There might be some glitch or misconfigured settings on Microsoft Family. Kindly check your settings regarding app permissions. If you think there are no problems with Microsoft Family settings, kindly turn off Microsoft Family features
as a workaround. To do so, follow the steps in this
    link
. After installing the application, kindly turn back Microsoft Family features on.

Let us know how things goes.

    Regards.

  4. Microsoft Family Features Ask for permission error

Microsoft Family Features "Ask for Permission"

On my Windows 10 PC, whenever I go to use certain Applications (The only ones I know of are any Internet Browser other than Edge (And I hate Edge)), instead of opening, a pop up opens saying

    Microsoft Family Features

    Ask for Permission

You'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use:

    Google Chrome

    Ask by Email

I've never had this happen before. I recently signed into my MS account on my Xbox One and it told me to sign in as an adult, so I signed into my other account, and then I went back to my computer and this happened. I removed myself from the family, yet
the pop-ups still keep happening. Any advice to as how to fix this issue?
