Windows 10: Microsoft Family Features - Continuous Pop-Up "Sign in so you don't miss out"

I'm a middle aged Dad with NO child Microsoft accounts, yet I started getting continual pop-ups from Microsoft Family Features asking me to sign in "So you don't miss out."

It's frustratingly annoying. I'm part of no "family" group on my Microsoft account, yet, the pop-up continues not just at log in, but throughout the day. How do I stop this?

Family Features keeps popping up "verify your account to continue using Microsoft family features."

Hi,

I've just updated my windows 10 computer and right when I signed in, a pop up saying "verify your account to continue using Microsoft family features." Here is a photo of the pop up:





When I try to click verify, it shows the windows loading sign for a bit before reappearing with the same pop up. How do I fix this?
