Windows 10: Microsoft family features

I have built my own computer, made every step cautiously and followed everything that needed to be done. The problem that I have is that a Pop up titled Microsoft Family Features, consistently appears, despite me never having been in a family account in the first place. When I attempt to login there is an error stating that something went wrong, Then upon clicking submit feedback I am told to sign in. Upon clicking sign in the same error stating something went wrong has occurred. I have triple checked that I am not in a family account, Have attempted to find other solutions, and as you all can see, I am connected to the internet. If you have a possible solution it would be much appreciated.

Once your account is under a Child family member from the
Microsoft Family feature, you’re restricted to view or access a website that is set to your account. To sort out your concern, we suggest that you manage your account by following the steps provided in this article on how to
remove members from your Microsoft family.
Once you’re on the page, you may proceed with the steps and complete the process. After completing the given steps, you may check if you’re able to use your account properly.



Note: The account that can remove you from the family member is the account that adds you as a child.
