Windows 10: Microsoft Family Time Limit not working

Hi there,


My 11 year old son's microsoft profile account is connected to our family account so I can control how much screen time he gets etc.


I have limited him to be on his computer until 7.30pm in the evenings. However, tonight, when I went up to check on him at 8pm, he was still happily on his computer. I have checked that the profile he is logging in with is connected to his microsoft account. The one he uses IS a local account on windows but is nonetheless linked to his windows account.


Any idea why the 7.30pm curfew is not being enforced?


On a related question, is there ANY way to say that he can only get say 7 hours of screen time during any one week? I have limited him to 1 hour per day during the week and 2.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday. But I'd like to have an option to be able to limit his total time per week.
