Windows 10: MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2020 PREMIUM DELUXE for WINDOWS 10 Pro 64 - WILL NOT INSTALL!

Hi, on 10/8/2020 I Pre-ordered and paid for MSFS2020 for PC WIN10. On18/8/2020 Release date I received the E-Mail from Microsoft Store with the download link and started the Download. As it was around 127gb I was installing into a new 500gb SSD., I set it going just before I went to bed! In the morning it had completed downloading and I was able to get it working. After about 8 days I found that the MSFS2020 was frozen solid! CTD! I couldn't even get windows to work. I rebooted and everything was still locked solid. I had no choice but to Re-install WIN 10 Pro 64. Ever since then I have been trying to download MSFS2020 Premium Deluxe from the Microsoft Store! 27 frustrating, sleepless nights is all I have to show for my £109.99 paid to Microsoft! I tried for a refund and was told I didn't qualify as it was a Digital download. So...what did I have to lose "Apart from what I had already" by continuing to try to get help from somebody on the Internet. But everywhere I tried to find an engineer I could actually talk to or at least communicate with, I ended up back with the Robot! Absolutely useless and childish! So called advisors keep asking the simple obvious questions about things we have already done! Then I couldn't log into my Microsoft account! SORRY BUT WE'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH SIGNING YOU IN AADST550196: The server terminated an operation......etc. The advisor kept asking me to go into the Microsoft Store even though I'd told them I couldn't get into my Microsoft Account! Now when I ocasionally do manage to get into Microsoft Store, I click on My Library and instead of LAUNCH against MSFS2020 it says MANAGE! I click and get..."MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR CAN'T OPEN BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE FOUND. THE STORAGE DEVICE MIGHT BE MISSING OR DISCONNECTED" See In store. I've checked Downloads and Updates to no avail. Also, it says "YOU OWN THIS PRODUCT" at the other side it says INSTALL/PLAY. but results in 'THIS APP CAN'T OPEN'....Etc.Etc. I've also re-installed WIN 10 twice. In the MSFS2020 folder I use on the single SSD the Official/OneStore still has the 95gb of Content All Aircraft and Airports However, in the PACKAGES the files are EMPTY!


! really hope that some kind soul somewhere can help me to get up and running with this sim!


In case you're wondering why I don't just cut my losses and bin this thing?


1 I'm a canny Scot and don't like giving money away, except when I want to, such as Charities!


2 I'm an 81 year old expired aviator and really looked forward to getting this new sim!

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Installation Problems / Clarification

Hi,

I have been struggling with getting MSFS 2020 to install!

Pre-Purchased the Premium Deluxe Edition and i have a Windows 10 PC - and so far all attempts have failed at some point over the last 12 hours of trying.

First question - what is the order of installation that should be performed from the Microsoft Store across the items that are listed there in two parts:

1. Manage - with just one entry "Microsoft Flight Simulator: Premium Deluxe" and

2. Bundle Contents - that lists four sub-parts

2.1 "Microsoft Flight Simulator"

2.2 "Flight Simulator Deluxe Upgrade"

2.3 "Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe Upgrade"

2.4 "Digital Ownership"

Is there a particular order or hierarchy that these need to be installed?

i.e. do each of the sub-parts of point 2 above need to be installed individually and prior to the first part (i.e. point 1), or does installing the first (Managed) install all the others?

So far the downloads have been erratic, and i installed the first part and then launched it, it started up and then froze, and then crashed on restart. When trying to install the sub-parts, the computer just site there with "working" displayed on the sub-part
line.

This is really frustrating!

Anyone able to provide some guidance or point to a set of instructions on how to get MSFS2020 installed?

How can I get Support for Flight Simulator 2020 (Premium Deluxe?) in Australia

I purchased through the Microsoft Store (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/microsoft-flight-simulator-premium-deluxe-preorder/).

I Installed the 71GB last night and the game loads but it will not download high detail data and puts me in Offline mode when I load an airport.

Error: "Your connection had an issue while streaming data, you have been switched to offline mode."

I have am Unlimited 50Mbps broadband internet connection (I downloaded Fligth Sim 2020 at a rate of 57Mbps).

Flight Simulator 2020 is running in Administrator mode.
