Windows 10: Microsoft flight simulator Delux Bundle unavailable after I paid

I purchase the digital copy Delux. And after redeeming it, it is saying "This is a bundle, and bundle is unavailable". I already paid and I bought it through Walmart online store. Is this a scam or something? How do I go about this? If I can't get what I paid for, then I need my money back

Microsoft Flight Simulator: Deluxe

Make sure all the updates in the Microsoft Store are installed, including Digital
Ownership and your version of Microsoft Flight Simulator and the
associated bundle.

Microsoft Flight Simulator Deluxe upgrade can not be installed at the time.

Hello,

When I entered the Flight Simulator Deluxe Key.

I entered to Flight Simulator Standart.

The Flight does not start.

It hangs at loading.

In Microsoft Store I have an exclamation

Microsoft Flight Simulator Deluxe upgrade
Insert Key

I can not use key since I already registered.

Please Help

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.



I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.
