    Microsoft Forza Horizon 5 can not be played due to system reasons


    The game will return directly to the desktop on the loading screen, and the conventional methods have been tried but have no effectI have just contacted XBOX customer service, and after a series of investigations, it is basically determined that the game cannot be played due to system reasonsaccording to microsoft support, i'm suggested to make a question here.
