Windows 10: Microsoft Game services unavailble

Hi,


I am running into this issue where the xbox app and store will not work because the services are unavailable. I have also tried accessing the Windows store on my laptop and it has the same issue.


I am running an active directory on my home network and I tried bypassing the local DNS server in favor for an external one but the issue still persists. The error code that I am having in the Windows Store is 0x80131500. My computer also detected that teredo is unable to connect but my firewall is not blocking it so I am at a loss.


Any help is appreciated
