Windows 10: Microsoft Games Crash on Launch

I've gone through numerous updating steps from wsreset to running commands through PowerShell (Admin) and nothing works. The store works. I can buy games and browse and twiddle my thumbs but anytime I open a game it will bring up the launcher logo (in this case Sea of Thieves) and then immediately crash. Ive even tried uninstalling and reinstalling on all of my drives (its currently on C and I thought it was maybe the game but I cant even open Forza Horizon 3 or 4 or even Cuphead.

Minecraft game crashes on launch

• Are you getting any error message when the Minecraft game crashes?

You may try repairing the game from the Control Panel and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Refer the link below for steps to repair a program on Windows 10.

Further make sure all pending updates are installed on the computer and also check the Event Viewer logs at the time when the game crashes.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
