Windows 10: Microsoft games

Hello I have a question. I have sea of thieves, astroneer, and Minecraft windows 10 edition, all Microsoft games. But about 2 months ago the games started doing this really annoying thing, where when I look all the way up or down the mouse curser will end up showing the taskbar and when you click it opens all the apps in the task bar. When you look all the way up the mouse also leaves the screen and shows the minimise, fullscreen and and the x for closing apps or games. The games then become unresponsive until you click back into the game. This glitch pretty much makes all Microsoft games unplayable, and I cant seem to find anyone else with the same problem. This only happens with Microsoft games, steam and origin games are not affected in this way. please help me
