    stop trying to force the upgrade - walk away for a while and just may start on it's own

    there is a "setup".exe in the windowsbt folder..I wonder how many peeps have clicked on that to see if it sets up today?

    It is on my 8.1 machine. I assume that you can do the update anytime. I hope, so I can update a machine that I use as a "test" machine and I can let people see what it is like and they can work with it and get used to it.

    I also received the notification on my other machine earlier and it was already updated to Windows 10. I received it around 1am (12 noon EST), my timezone is GMT+8, it's already July 29 here.

    As for my insider PC, I don't know. Maybe it's already RTM, not receiving anything.
