  1. Microsoft has wrongly flagged my website for phishing and blocks transactions, how do I appeal?

I work at a small nonprofit which receives some of its revenue through online purchases/donations.

A prospective customer emailed me telling me that Microsoft blocked their transaction from going through because my website had been identified as a risk for payments, due to reports of phishing.

We have a fully secure HTTPS website with a secure certificate at least that I can see on Chrome as well as a full transactions dispute process in place for refunds and the like. I can find no documentation on how Microsoft assesses website safety, so I am still trying to figure out which software I would need to analyze to look at their documentation for security standards.

Can someone please direct me to the documentation for this Microsoft product so I can ensure we meet their safety standards or alternatively provide me with a link to an appeals process so that our nonprofit website can be whitelisted?

    Thank you.

I apologize for the inaccurate topic tags, but I am unable to find a proper category or pipeline for me to resolve this issue.

    :)

    How to Block Websites

I have googled a bit and found software that can be used to block websites on a computer. I also found another way by using Windows which I would prefer. My problem is I must be doing something wrong. Here is the site that has the steps.

Here is what happens when I perform step 6. I am the administrator by the way.
