    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle Not Being Saved


    I had a master level puzzle about 80% complete but could not finish it in one sitting. When I got back to it, it was not there. In the past this did not happen. Where the incomplete puzzle note there is now a "want to get rid of ads?" note. Something happened in the most recent Windows upgate.

    You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

    Method: Check last played game.

    1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
    2. Search for My account and you will see images below
      My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.
