Windows 10: microsoft live mail causing blue screen of death

When I close of live mail I get the blue screen of death. The reports shows cldflt as the culprit. I can disable it using this command


sc config cldflt start=disabled
sc stop cldflt

This seems to stop the problem but cldflt seems to reload on reboot. How can I stop it loading?

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
