    Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Solitaire collection never opens


    Well, i made a search for a solution to this problem all over the net including your forum and other forums, no luck.

    it is not a matter of life or death, but i would like to be able at least to open the apps.

    Sorry if i posted an old problem, but i really had no luck in solving this issue.

    Microsoft games on XBOX

    NO ERROR CODE

    After opening and logging into xbox I open Microsoft Solitaire Collection and can play the daily challenges.

    If I then chose to play the other Microsoft Games on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection home page eg: Sudoko will open to the login page then close. this also applies to Mahjong and Jigsaw.

    I have another HP computer Windows 10 and all the above games work.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection App Freezes Shortly After Opening App

    I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 on my laptop. After installing windows 10 I Installed the Microsoft Solitaire Collection App (Premium) and the Microsoft Mahjong App (Premium). I have no issues with the Microsoft Mahjong App but the Solitaire
    Collection app works fine at first but after a few minutes it starts to respond slowly and then eventually it freezes and the only way to resolve it is to exit the app and open it again. I ran the troubleshooter app and it said there were no known issues,
