Windows 10: Microsoft Mobile 3500 Mouse

    Just got a new mouse Microsoft Mobile 3500 Mouse... plugged in the transceiver, switched mouse on... and nothing.... Hmm... checked out the driver page at the Mouse & Keyboard Center Download Center.... Downloaded 64 bit as per my system.... But every time I tried installing I was getting an error.... so i checked the certificate and it shows that the certificate is valid ONLY until Dec 2nd 2021 - This I would imagine would cause the error with installation..... So... I am now stuck with a mouse that I cannot get working, a driver from Microsoft download center that is supposed to be sup

    I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. Follow the Methods below and check.

    Run the Hardware and Devices
    troubleshooter and check
    .

    Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

    • Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
    • Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and Devices”.
