Windows 10: Microsoft Mobile Bluetooth 3600

Just purchased Microsoft Mobile Bluetooth 3600 for my Lenovo ideapad 330s. I had no problems connecting; however, when the cursor stops removing, I have to click on connect on notification tab to get to work.


Is there a fix?

We would need some more information:

1. Were there any changes made to the operating system recently?
2. May I know the make and the model number of the system?
3. Are you getting any error message?

I recommend you to follow the methods given below.

Method 1:

Try the steps in the article
Troubleshoot response failures in wireless keyboard or mouse

Method 2:

1. Uninstall the current drivers that is installed on the system and
   Download Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 driver.

1. Reboot the PC after installing the Drivers and check.

If you still face the issue, reply to this post with the question above and the error that you get.

I understand the inconvenience you are facing with accessing Bluetooth mouse on Windows 10, we will help you with this issue.

Do let us know if you have tried the below:

• Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
• Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
• What is the complete error message of this issue?

Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

Software download for Mouse 3600

Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.

Step 2: I suggest you to refer to the below post replied by

Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile 3600 Mouse

I am trying to pair my Bluetooth Mobile 3600 Mouse with with a second device after my Microsoft Surface Pro. When I paired it with my Dell work computer, it would no longer work on the Surface Pro. Please advise how to have the 3600 recognize both
devices. Thanks!
